Research Results, Inc. Appoints Stephen Oldfield Chief Operations Officer

Stephen Oldfield, Chief Operations Officer, Research ResultsFitchburg, MA, October 2019 – Research Results, Inc. – the industry-leading market research operations partner – announces the promotion of Stephen Oldfield as the company’s Chief Operations Officer.  The appointment reaffirms Research Results’ commitment to consistently providing a best-in-class infrastructure, high-touch customer service and a dedication to delivering the highest quality research data and deliverables to our clients.

In this new role, Oldfield will have responsibility for the day-to-day implementation of strategy and cultural initiatives within the business.  He will help implement policies and strategies that will help to foster ongoing healthy client relationships.  Oldfield will also continue his role as a team lead on selected major accounts.

Oldfield was previously the Director of Client Services at Research Results where, along with his colleagues, established the company’s “client first” strategies for successful client relationship management as well as improved operational efficiencies.  He has his Master of Business Administration from Fitchburg State University and has been an active presenter at several industry events.
