Breadth of experience and problem solving ability. Over the course of 11 years, I’ve worked across operational and research functions, identifying areas for process improvement and developing scalable solutions to improve quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction. Most recently, I’ve supported the integration of new data management protocols and solutions and worked with research teams to successfully incorporate the new processes with limited client disruption.
